iPod Touch Explosion, Burned Underwear, Prompt Lawsuit Posted on March 13th
Lynette Antrobus, the mother of a Kentucky boy on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Apple and John Does 1-10 (the employees of the Apple Store where the device was purchased) because an iPod Touch caught fire in his pocket during school.
